Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within the same day or within 1–2 business days of purchase.
We make every effort to ship orders the same day they are placed, provided inventory and carrier schedules allow.

 

2. Business Days
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

4. Delays
While we strive for same‑day dispatch, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high‑volume periods may extend processing times.
GOJI Longevity is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party carriers.
